Dear MGA Community,
I extend my warmest wishes to each of you and your families as we approach Independence Day. As we celebrate the nation’s birth and Declaration of Independence, it is important that we honor the courage and vision of those who laid the foundation for our freedoms and reflect on the principles that unite us all.
I often talk about our core values of SEAL (Stewardship, Engagement, Adaptability, Learning) at MGA. These values speak to the enduring nature of a community and its members, committed to the principles of learning and growth. As an immigrant to this great nation, I take strength from seeing those same principles at work in the founding and development of the United States over the past 247 years.
Whether you are spending time with family and friends, reflecting on our nation's history, or simply enjoying the festivities, I wish you a safe and happy holiday break.
