Focus on Learning

Dear MGA Community,

As we approach the final weeks of the academic year, I want to reflect on one of our institution's core values that drives everything we do: Learning.

Throughout this academic year, we've all engaged in meaningful Learning experiences. Now is the time to apply this knowledge as we finish the semester strong. From completing final projects, preparing for exams, or concluding administrative initiatives, let's demonstrate excellence through the application of what we've learned.

As many of you know, MGA is currently engaged in our SACSCOC reaffirmation process. This important work is more than a procedural requirement — it represents our commitment to accountability and continuous improvement as an institution of higher learning. Through this process, we demonstrate to our students, community, and the public that we are credentialed stewards of our students' educational journeys.

The reaffirmation process is a Learning opportunity for us all. By examining our practices and identifying improvements, we model the intellectual curiosity we hope to instill in our students. Through the process, we will also ensure that we uphold the strongest environment to cultivate Learning for all Knights.

Let us finish this academic year with renewed commitment to our core value of Learning, knowing that each insight gained and skill mastered contributes to our individual and collective success.

Go Knights!

Chris
